Opposition Parties (aka The Three Stooges) agree to form a Coalition because the Conservative's indicated they would be getting rid of public funding for political parties (through a pay-per-vote system) - this would affect all parties INCLUDING the Conservative's......The Three Stooges state that the reason for the Coalition is because the Government "wasn't doing enough to help the economy"

The Conservative's introduce their new budget after consulting with Canadians and the Opposition Parties. Within 26 minutes, Jack Layton indicated he would not support it. The Bloc followed shortly thereafter. The Libranos are still debating but say that it won't be "a slam dunk". The Opposition is upset that the Conservative's are putting the country into a deficit.......yet also mad because they aren't spending enough money.
In all of the billions of dollars being thrown around today, very little is for Alberta.
I really do not see one reason why we, as Albertans, should still be a part of this country - do you?
Its time for us to start a country. The Canadian government are like communists without the guns regardless of who is in charge (thank god its the PCs though or we'd really be screwed). The Alberta government are like facists without the guns to our heads. Put it in a circle and you get the same dictatoral rule. The USA was the only true free place left to do business, now its all goin to be government ruled, just like Canada.

I always liked the republican thinking, just bush fucked that up,if the free market system is going to fail. let it fail. There is always somebody to buy somebody out. the only problem with that is that the states started borrowing too much money, and they really cant just bankrupt the country. too much of a national security threat plus the chinese and arabs would probably own it. Obama im sure means well, hes a good leader and all but he better have some top notch guys to make sure the money goes in the right places. Anytime the govt of Canada promises some sort of money it gets pissed away from program to program until all govt wages are paid and the money ultimately dries up. Can you imagine how stingy the states will be on lending now. I guess it will be like Canada. You cant take a shit, without the bank/govt knowing when, where, and why you were shitting.
ReplyDeleteIts kind of a lose lose situation for the states though. give the country money, they will piss it away prob. Do nothing and cut taxes, country will probably go tits up.(id rather see this)
If i were president i would have probably just bought out GM and turned it into all electic cars, diesels, and muscle cars(you gotta keep the good ones). The normal person can drive the damn electric things. At least then it would have fucked shit up and it would sound like your doin somethin instead of giving money to a bunch of banks and shit(bush and now prob Obama).That would only cost prob 100 billion or so. Fuck they already gave them 20 or so billion.
Hmmm maybe Jamesland would be ideal.
